For years as a corporate executive, I invested all my energy in trying to be perfect and pleasing others, only to find myself with a brain that never rested and a body begging for a break. So I did something crazy and turned my life upside down in pursuit of happiness. I left a sixteen-year career as an executive, relocated my family from Perth back to Melbourne, left an 18-year relationship, and started my own purpose-driven company Hacking Happy Co.
I now live a flourishing life and leverage my unique expertise (spanning 25 years) across corporate, entrepreneurship, psychology and trauma-informed therapy to empower passionate heart-led women to scale their impact so that they can live the freedom and inner peace they long for whilst making a difference through their work.
